Description
Material Weighing System provides easy monitoring of raw material for production usage.
There are two (2) majors' purposes for industrial weighing system, i.e:
1. Inventory control (normally for storage tank, e.g. silo / hopper).
2. Material batching record (normally for hopper as receiver to monitor the actual weight for material spent).
Material weighing system shall include the following:
Weighing equipment (e.g. load cells, weight indicator, etc.)
Note:
* The selection of weighing method based on product characteristics and environmental condition.
* The accuracy of the weighing system normally directly related to the dosing system.
