IBM i2COPLINK is used in fusion centers, police and sheriff's departments across the U.S. and currently supports one of the largest information sharing initiatives in the world.
COPLINK Product Line: Tactical Lead Generation COPLINK Detect, the core IBM i2COPLINK module, provides the most robust and powerful search capabilities available including: association, partial information, geospatial, crime type, MO, scars/marks/tattoos. Search capabilities can even be extended to leverage facial recognition capabilities against mugshot data using Face Match or other biometric search capabilities. Suspicious Activities Reporting Activity Correlation Technology (ACT) is the fastest way to identify suspicious activities around critical infrastructure and monitored areas; even when incidents and data span multiple agencies and data sources. Unique algorithms monitor incoming information and alert analysts to potentially suspicious activities for further investigation. Biometric Search Face Match speeds the identification of potential suspects with sophisticated facial recognition capabilities. Face Match extends IBM i2COPLINK's core search capabilities to enable searches against mug shot databases using photos or composite sketches. CompStat CompStat Analyzer enables agencies with the tools to conduct effective CompStat analysis across all available data. A collection of GIS, statistical graphs, charting and analytical tools work on the rich IBM i2COPLINK database allowing agencies to leverage their data to better allocate resources. Intel Management & Data Entry Intel L.E.A.D. is a data entry module that augments IBM i2COPLINK's criminal history information management capabilities by adding the ability to enter and manage intelligence information in compliance with 28 CFR part 23. With Intel L.E.A.D. authorized users are able to simultaneously search and access law enforcement and intelligence data in the IBM i2COPLINK node to indentify relationships and patterns relevant to a particular investigation. Analysis & Visualization Incident Analyzer visualizes geographic relationships between incidents and animates the progression of incidents over time using mapping, analytical, graphing and charting tools. By leveraging i2AnalysisReady Search™ technology, analysts are able to simultaneously and comprehensively search IBM i2COPLINK nodes and other data sources with the results automatically modeled and semantically enriched for immediate analysis. Information Sharing & Collaboration Adaptive Analytic Architecture (A3) enables information sharing initiatives across regional, statewide and national information sharing initiatives by providing rapid, simultaneous search across multiple IBM i2COPLINK sites and external data sources. A3 technology automatically searches and consolidates results from multiple systems speeding access to valuable information. Active Agent streamlines investigations by automating repetitive or periodic searches.
